Two-stage Journey to Perfection
Our extrusion process consists of two meticulously designed stages:
Preparation: The first step where the billets are carefully stored and prepared for printing.
Forming: The final stage where the metal takes the desired form. The billets are cut and annealed specifically according to requirements. They are then pressed into bars or profiles, with the exact diameter and shape you require. Each product is a reflection of your vision in the world of metal. The entire production process is controlled by our high-tech automation systems. However, we do not neglect the human touch. Controls and analyzes on samples taken continuously are the guarantee of our product quality.
